Purpose of SCCA’s Training

The California Chaplains’ Association (SCCA) offers chaplains times of fellowship, training, and networking at four meetings a year. Right now, we’re meeting virtually via Zoom.

Normally, we meet in various locations, in an attempt to provide local opportunities to a variety of regions. Each meeting includes a Continental breakfast in addition to numerous speakers and hands-on events to help you enhance your skills as a chaplain.

Recently celebrating its 25th anniversary, the association strives to provide the best training possible for all chaplains throughout Southern California. It embraces law enforcement, fire service, jail, hospital, military, and corporate chaplains of various faiths and religious practices. We welcome those of you who are new to SCCA.

And please join us by filling out a membership application and then submitting your $40 yearly dues (renewed each January 1).

In fact, we are here for you. Moreover, we pray you enjoy our speaker and the opportunity to network with chaplains who share your unique calling and experiences.
